Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Dutch Oven Pizza Dough (http://dutchovenchef.com/smf/breads/dutch-oven-pizza-dough/)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons pizza seasoning (http://www.vitacost.com/frontier-pizza-salt-free-seasoning/?csrc=ntdc-089836189066&srccode=cii_9324560&cpncode=21-105485810-2) or Italian seasoning (http://www.spiceplace.com/mccormick_italian_seasoning_herb_blend.php) for each pizza
Preparation:
Prepare the pizza dough (http://dutchovenchef.com/smf/breads/dutch-oven-pizza-dough/) as directed.
When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Divide th dough in half. Press each half of the dough evenly into the bottom of a 12-inch dutch oven. Spread the dough evenly with a mixture of 2 Tbsp. melted butter, 1 Tbsp. minced garlic, and 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix or pizza seasoning mix.
Cover and bake with 10-12 briquettes bottom heat and 20-25 briquettes top heat for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and cut into sticks. Serve with warm pizza sauce.
