"Welcome" Lunch

So Darren has left his former place of employment (which happens also to be one of my former places of employment) and has joined my team at our current place of employment. For his "Welcome" lunch, we are going to cook a dutch oven feast for the team.
We're making:
Sweet Onion Brisket
Vera's Baked Beans (recipe to be posted later, right Darren?)
Parmesan Herb Rolls
Caramel Apple Crisp
It should be the best "Welcome" lunch in the history of the company...

It was awesome. I think it may become legend.
What a cool team, what a great way to spend a morning (tromping up and down two flights of stairs), and a great welcome!

There are two rules of Dutch Oven Cooking:
1) If you cook too much food, share.
2) Cook too much food.
