So... did you get anything dutch oven-related for Christmas this year?

I didn't...but I have pretty much everything I need right now. 

I DID cook up a big pot of gumbo the other day.  Darren, too bad you're not at work today.  I would have brought you a big ol' bowl...

Happy New Year from the Dutch Oven Chef team.  Here's to lots of good food in 2012!

Too bad I MISSED that! Oh well - at least I had a much needed vacation.

No new equipment for me, either. Unless you count a guitar, which I can hopefully get good enough to play while cooking food, no?
