The owner of a Thai Restaurant near us gave my husband and I some Red Thai Chile Peppers. This is the first time cooking with these types of peppers for me. I like to make something with them in a Dutch Oven.
Has anyone cooked with these type of chilies before? If so does anyone have recipe suggestions besides just adding them to Chili?

Baked beans would probably be a good use for them, but then, baked beans are (conceptually, if not exactly) a lot like chili.
You could look up a Pad Thai recipe, and use them...we could use some thai recipes on this site!

There are two rules of Dutch Oven Cooking:
1) If you cook too much food, share.
2) Cook too much food.
